A graduate of UCLA with a degree in International Economics and a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve, José entered the real estate industry in 2003 with a focus on distressed fix‑and‑flip properties throughout Central California. Over the past two decades, he has completed more than 2,850 residential transactions and acquired and disposed of over $85 million in distressed assets. His background spans brokerage, investment, asset management, and complex distressed‑asset strategy — experience that gives his clients a level of insight few brokers can offer.
